Night Club Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is looking for a Night Club Manager to manage a busy night club in Bur Dubai. The responsibilities will involve but not limited to the following:

• Hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters
• Managing inventory
• Opening and closing the club
• Ordering supplies
• Promoting club/hiring or encouraging others to promote club
• Ensuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws
• Implement strategies for improved work performance
• You will also have to look at revenue generating opportunities.

Salary:
AED 8000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus accommodation

Requirements

Essential Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a Night Club in Bur Dubai
• Currently available in UAE
• Knowledge of local rules and able to manage the crowds
• Physically fit and able to withstand a pressure
• Have a good personality and ability to build rapport with VIP clients
