NOC Engineer

Job description / Role

NUROL LLC OPC is a leading construction company in the UAE, delivering major infrastructure and superstructure projects across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to support our projects by managing and coordinating all No Objection Certificate (NOC) , BCC and Authority handing Over related activities.

Role Overview:
• Authority Liaison: Coordinate with Abu Dhabi authorities (e.g., ADM, ADDC, ADSSC, Civil Defence, DOT, Etisalat) to obtain necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
• Governmental Permit system: Aware of All governmental permit (e.g. such as MEPS, IPS. NOC. ITC…etc ) required for the enabling works, execution, construction and handing over to the client and Authority for infra and superstructure projects

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain trackers to monitor the status of all required permits, NOCs, BCC Permit under construction and approvals across different project stages.
- Prepare and submit NOC and Authority related applications in line with project requirements
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams
- Review drawings, layouts, and method statements for NOC compliance
- Follow up on approvals, comments, renewals, and closures
- Maintain accurate NOC logs, records, and documentation
- Ensure timely approvals to avoid project delays
- Support project teams during planning and execution stages.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 2–5 years experience as a NOC Engineer in UAE construction projects
- Strong understanding of NOC processes and approval workflows
- Experience in infrastructure and civil works projects
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines
