Job description / Role
We are recruiting for a Node.js Architect on behalf of an industry leading and globally recognised brand to join their team here at headquarters in Dubai. The successful applicant will take full responsibility for building the API services that operate in the area where content management, application UI and the industry specific core services interact. The primary focus of this role will be the design and implementation of all server side logic while ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with a minimum of 8 years of experience in total of which 3 should include Node.js Implementation. It is essential you have worked in an extensive B2C environment and been heavily involved in design – ideally working very closely with architecture teams. You will have a strong understanding of Microservices, Cloud Hosting and detailed knowledge of Couchbase. It is important you have full stack development experience ideally in a DevOps environment. You will have a Bachelors degree in Computer/Information Sciences combined with an excellent command of written & spoken English.
