NPD Assistant Manager

Job description / Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an NPD Assistant Manager to progress their career with one of the leading FMCG company in the UAE.

Your responsibilities in this role include:
• Support in the development of products that meet the project requirements;
• Research and development of production processes;
• Source and cost ingredients to support all product development;
• Conduct trials to evaluate new ingredients, supply chains and manufacturing processes;
• Support with improving the development of NPD processes that fit with our business and champion best practice at all times;
• Consider consumer health priorities and the nutritional profile of products and seek out opportunities for improvement
• Report and assist the NPD Manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in food technology or any related area;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field, preferably in the FMCG industry;
• Interest and knowledge of food trends;
• Ability to work under pressure and work with little supervision;
• Passionate and driven individual;
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills;
• Confident presentation skills;
