Job description / Role
- Responsible for the recruitment and overall management of all childcare and other nursery staff
- Monitor all Nursery Staff
- Develop and Manager the operational framework
- Develop policies and procedures for the Nursery
- Identify Staff training and developmental needs
Requirements
- Excellent English Communication skills
- 3-5 years experience working within a management role
- 10 years total experience
- A leader in learning and growth
- Strong knowledge of modern theories of learning & development
