Job description / Role
Our client are seeking qualified and experienced Nursery Managers with ideally experience within the British curriculum. The successful applicant will be responsible for running and administration of the Nursery whilst ensuring that the Nursery is compliant with local policies, but also to ensure to provide exemplary care and education to the children.
Requirements
Previous experience in large Nurseries would be a considerable advantage, along with being a strong leader and able to be pro-active and motivated.
Ideally seeking candidates who hold a degree in Early Childhood / Education, or similar provided they hold a certified professional certificate in Early Childhood Leadership (Level 5). You will have experience in early childhood/education and have a good understanding of local regulatory requirements, curriculum, and policies and procedures related to the care and protection of children.
