Center Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that aligns with our core values. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining high standards of care and education.
• Lead, support, and motivate a team of educators and support staff.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
• Ensure the nursery complies with UAE regulations and safety standards.
• Manage enrolments, budgeting, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular feedback on their child’s progress.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure professional growth and performance.
• Uphold the ECC’s ethos of promoting psychological comfort and holistic child development.

• Master’s degree in education, CACHE 5 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting (UAE experience is mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE childcare regulations and early education standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage administrative tasks, including budgeting and staff management.
• Passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment.
• Proficiency in English and Russian

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
