Nursery Manager

Job description / Role

The Nursery Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of the nursery. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with EYFS standards and local regulatory requirements. The Nursery Manager leads the team, supports children’s development, builds strong parent relationships, and ensures a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery
• Lead, motivate, and manage teaching and support staff
• Conduct staff appraisals, observations, and professional development plans
• Ensure staff ratios are maintained at all times
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work culture

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in the education sector
• CACHE Level 5 certification
• Proven track record in achieving enrollment targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Familiarity with Montessori / Reggio / EYFS frameworks
• Business Development experience will be an added advantage

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
