Nursery Manager Russian

Job description / Role

The Nursery Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of the nursery. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with EYFS standards and local regulatory requirements (e.g., KHDA, Dubai Municipality). The Nursery Manager leads the team, supports children’s development, builds strong parent relationships, and ensures a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Leadership & Management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery
• Lead, motivate, and manage teaching and support staff
• Conduct staff appraisals, observations, and professional development plans
• Ensure staff ratios are maintained at all times
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work culture

• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in the education sector
• CACHE Level 5 certification
• Proven track record in achieving enrollment targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Familiarity with Montessori / Reggio / EYFS frameworks
• Business Development experience will be an added advantage
