Essential Skills
• In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and its application across different age groups within 0–5 years
• Proven ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and colleagues
• Creativity, patience, and a child-led approach to learning
• Adaptability and cultural awareness for working in a diverse international setting
• Passion for supporting early development and laying strong educational foundations

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (or international equivalent)
• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• Teaching certification for early years (as applicable in-home country)
• Experience working with children aged 0 to 5 years

Salary Range and Package Details
• Competitive, tax-free salary 7,000 - 9,000 AED per month
