Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Job description / Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our team.

As a Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist, you will be responsible for providing medical care related to pregnancy or childbirth, as well as diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases of women, particularly those affecting the reproductive system. You may also provide general medical care to women.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient obstetrics and gynecology services at our clinic locations
- Offer inpatient obstetrics and gynecology services, including performing infant deliveries and related surgical procedures, at partner hospitals
- Participate in the Clinical Outcomes Program and work towards meeting organizational targets for all metrics
- Maintain the required productivity expectations for time spent in the clinic
- Take part in administrative duties, such as reviewing and managing lab reports, charts, and medication refills
- Follow medical practice policies and procedures, attend mandatory meetings, minimize incident reports, and practice medicine in a cost-effective manner
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation in accordance with department standards and electronic medical record

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine
- Specialization Certificate in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum two years of clinical experience in the direct delivery of primary care
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work on any time schedules

Salary:
AED 65,000 to 80,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
