Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our core systems, collaborating with team members to solve technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality output. Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Development: Build custom Odoo modules including models, views, and controllers.
• Business Logic: Implement complex backend logic using Python and the Odoo ORM.
• Modern UI: Develop interactive and reactive components using the OWL Framework and JavaScript.
• Data Handling: Manage data integrity with PostgreSQL, including writing custom SQL for reports or complex data fetches.
• Website Integration: Customize Odoo Website pages using QWeb Templates, bespoke SCSS styling and extending standard building blocks.
• API Management: Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate Odoo with external systems.
• Maintenance: Identify and fix bugs, and optimize code for better performance.

Technical Requirements
• Python: 1–3 years of experience, with a strong grasp of Odoo-specific decorators and methods.
• Frontend: Solid experience with JavaScript; familiarity with OWL (Odoo Web Library) is highly preferred.
• Odoo Framework: Understanding of XML inheritance, security rules (CSV/XML), and record rules.
• Database: Proficient in PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.
• Web Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and XML.
• Version Control: Comfortable using Git for branching and merging.

Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with standard Linux deployment.
• Familiarity with the Odoo CRM, sales, inventory, maintenance, and accounting core flows.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
