Odoo Specialist / Developer

Job description / Role

To ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level
Will perform in an application support role providing techno-functional support to the Odoo Applications including Purchasing, HR, Finance, Sales or Project Module.

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)
• Building, developing and testing new Odoo apps
• Upgrading and customizing the Odoo applications as per the requirements of each department
• Integrating Odoo to other software systems
• Providing support to end-users
• Establishing communication with end-user to determine requirements
• Provide necessary trainings to New end-users

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years in Odoo systems applications
• Odoo ERP Application experience is a must
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and time management skills
