Employment: Full Time

OBG is actively sourcing Off Plan Property Investment Advisors to join our high-performing team at our company headquarters in Boulevard Plaza, Downtown Dubai.

We commit significant resources to new property launches, hence the requirement for more off plan property sales consultants to join our team.

Requirements

In addition to a proven track record with major developers, we highly regard RERA certified applicants with the following profile:

- Wide network of existing investors and/ or end-user clients, ability to build and maintain long-term client/ developer relationships; strategy to source new clients through referrals/ own marketing
- Deep knowledge of Dubai’s leading developers; keeping up to date with market trends, project launches, and investment options
- Seen as a trusted advisor with a consultative and analytical approach
- Target driven mindset, continuously achieving personal and professional goals; organised, efficient, and process-oriented
- Self-motivated; proactively reaching out to clients on phone/ via meetings to provide advisory and consultancy services, qualify requirements and deliver the appropriate solution
- Ability to operate independently, and ethically, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment whilst following company processes and professional guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, additional languages are a plus

Packages are discussed at interview stage.
