We are looking for professional agents with extensive sales experience to join our Off-plan team in a commission-based role.

F&C Properties LLC is a professional Real Estate services provider offering a wide range of services to customers across the UAE and internationally. We are affiliated with key players in the Real Estate industry such as Emaar, Dubai Holding, and Meraas and have an extensive portfolio of property listings and investment opportunities in Dubai.

This is a full-time role for Off-Plan & Secondary Brokers as we expand across both.

The role will involve managing off-plan and secondary broker relationships, coordinating property viewings, facilitating negotiations, and closing deals. The position will be based across our two offices in The Greens and Business Bay.

Note: Commission only role, we do not provide basic salary!

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in luxury Real Estate sales,
• Strong communication, negotiation, client relations, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of off-plan and secondary property markets
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Self-driven with the flexibility to excel independently or as part of a team
• Be informed about current market trends, new projects, and property listings to offer clients up-to-date and accurate insights.
• Work closely with the team to meet both individual and group sales goals, utilizing shared knowledge and resources.
• Fluency in English and multiple European language skills are a plus
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
