Employment: Full Time

• Stay up to date and knowledgeable on current Off Plan opportunities and key developer products
• Be proactive and aggressive in own sales techniques
• Guide and facilitate clients to buy directly from developers with market updates, launches, prices, etc.
• Negotiate between primary property buyers and developers
• Maintain and develop contact with developers and clients
• Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times
• Complete all relevant paperwork, keep files organized and accessible and comply with office administration procedures regarding documentation and quality assurance
• Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily

• UAE Driver’s License and own car
• 2 years Dubai Real Estate Experience (Preferred Off Plan)
