Employment: Full Time

The position is for a broad role, that covers administrative, project, finance and communication tasks.

As an Office Administration Manager, you are responsible for overall day-to-day office administrative duties, as well as working closely with the sales and the finance teams for some client projects with communication, reports, invoicing and payments follow up.

A part of the role is to participate in project teams that are located in different geographies and interface with customers in different parts of the world.

You are going to act as the coordinator of all administrative work related to our office in Dubai Internet City, but from time to time participate as well in work with other teams in other locations and with customers in other countries.

The employment is full-time, based in our offices in Dubai Internet City, where a small local team is based as well while the interaction is on a daily basis with clients and colleagues in other parts of the world.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, the potential candidate must meet the following:

- A minimum of Diploma studies in Economics, Business Administration, Account or Sciences, or equivalent
- 3 or more years of relevant working experience, preferably in UAE.
- Experience and strong computer skills - MS Office Applications.
- Some experience interacting with clients and fellow employees dispersed across the globe.
- Previous working experience in Customer support is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and be able to contribute to the team’s success.

You have to be able to communicate openly and clear, goal-oriented and have the ability to pay attention to details.
