Office Administrator

The Role

Currie & Brown Middle East is currently looking for an Office Administrator reporting in to the Office Manager for the Dubai Office, requirements as follows:

Responsible for:
•Managing switchboard, answering, directing and screening calls and relaying messages to colleagues
•Ensuring daily running of efficient, organized, tidy and friendly reception area
•Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
•Planning and assisting with preparing meetings, managing meeting room booking system and organizing refreshments
•Maintaining and ordering stationery and office supplies
•Sorting incoming and outgoing mail and arranging courier services
•Coordinating driver schedules and office staff attendance sheets
•Providing general clerical and administrative support to the Office Manager and other departments within the office


•Must be western educated with excellent communication skills in English (oral & written).
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
•Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
•Positive attitude to work
•Outstanding organisational skills.
•Minimum of 3 years experience as a receptionist is essential with office management an advantage.
•Should be available to start on June 1, 2013.
