Job description / Role
Vortex Events is looking for a vibrant and confident administrator.The main focus of the role is to ensure that the entire administration function for the office runs smoothly and consistently. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following;
- Manage the internal database/filing system
- Provide administrative support to ensure exhibition proposals, contracts and printing are prepared to adhere to set standards and deadlines
- Manage all facilities and stationary
- Regular calendar and diary management
- Ensure invoices are up to date and liaise with clients to ensure that these are paid on schedule
- Document control framework
- Support and coordinate staff training and external conferences
- Manage visa renewals and cancellations register
- Liaise with medical insurance representatives to coordinate for employees medical provision
- Manage trade license renewals
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience in offfice management for a minimum of 5 years
- A good knowledge of the UAE labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
