Employment: Full Time

A consumer electronics distributor based in Dubai is seeking an Office Administrator who is available immediately. This person should have a strong admin background, data entry and knowledge of either SAP or Sage.

SAP
* Preform all order placements and issue Purchase Orders.
* Create all customer invoices for immediate deliveries.
* Create credit notes as and when required.
* Preform all relevant SAP reporting for internal use.
* Create up to date stock reports for full management of stock on hand.
* Prepare sell through reports for brands.

Distribution Support
* Manage damaged stock returns and provide monthly report to Finance to reclaim from brands.
* Schedule deliveries with local customers in UAE market as required.
* Manage export deliveries and provide pre-alert delivery information to customers.
* Report back to all suppliers with required relevant information.
* Manage all live stock in warehouse, issue stock on hand reports to distribution partners on a weekly basis.
* Gather all distribution Partners sell through reports on a monthly basis and report back to individual brands.
* Gather all Point of sale information specific to each brand. Report any new retail launches.
* Work directly with each brand and manage daily correspondence.

Duty Free Support
* Manage all device warranty returns including collection, repair, return and correspondence with the customer.
* Schedule deliveries and provide pre-alert information to customers.
* Manage all new brand launches include product presentations, product listings information and training.
* Report back all specific brand sell through per Duty Free store to the relevant brand.

Office
* Answering office phone.
* Manage all the day to day activity in the office including office supply management.
* Organise all maintenance of the office.
* Manage petty cash book.
* Ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements

* Available Immediately
* Knowledge of either SAP or Sage
* Strong administrative skills
