Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A boutique recruitment agency based here in Dubai is searching for an office administrator extraordinaire!

Responsibilities will include formatting of CV’s, and uploading candidates into the CRM system. Ensuring client information is captured and entered accurately as well as ad hoc general administration tasks as required. Some social media management may be required such as monitoring communications through various channels and advertising vacancies to the company’s followers.

Requirements

Accuracy and attention to detail are key to this role, as is a can-do, flexible attitude.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in Dubai, and have experience with Microdec Profile/Chameleoni database systems or similar.

Previous experience within a recruitment firm is desired.
