Job description / Role
Client is a well reputed Multinational based in JLT are currently hiring a Temporary Office Administrator and Customer Service advisor to oversee the daily running of their representative office. The role will be on a 6 month temporary basis to cover Maternity leave.
Experience in shipping & logistics is useful as the role will include reviewing shipping documents, liaising with suppliers, customers and shipping companies. You will have lots of direct interaction with customers and clients so must also be confident and have great customer service skills.
Requirements
- Previous Administration experience
- Customer Service/Logistics experience
- Excellent communication skills (second language such as Afrikaans or Spanish ideal)
- Strong personality

Salary circa 15,000 AED for the right candidate
