Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, an insurance broker, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking an Events, Office & Facilities Manager to join them in their offices in Dubai.
- Maintain an inventory across UAE offices on all office assets and other belongings
- Develop and implement administrative process, including record management, knowledge products and other resources are properly maintained.
- Manage a team to ensure office supplies including stationary, brochures, flyers and gift items are maintained
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring and ensuring all SLA are up to date
- Present proposals and agreements’ preparation for new vendors and suppliers
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communication, business management or any related discipline
- 3- 5 years of experience in similar position
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in UAE
The budget for the role is AED 12-15k p/m + medical.
