The Office and Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting all the in-office activities and operational tasks. Following is a list of responsibilities but are not exclusive to the position:
Responsibilities
• Logistics and operations coordination
• Coordination with bank, vendors and service providers
• Coordination with SAIF Zone authority for visa and admin related transactions
• Attend Telephone
• File keeping and general office maintenance
• Transaction entries in the ERP system
Requirements:
• Male or Female
• Enthusiastic and self motivated.
• 22-30 years,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Previous work experience in similar positions
Salary:
AED
5500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
