Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a Dubai based oil and gas company we are looking to recruit an Office Assistant.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for organizing staff travel arrangements, update Excel sheet reports, maintain HR policies and update the DMCC portal, assist with event planning and implementation, type documents and reports, take and distribute accurate messages, fax, scan and copy documents and greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have 5 years UAE office experience, have worked for a DMCC company and be adept at using their portal, have strong MS skills including Excel.
