Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- ERP operating such as input/stocking/output data required by daily operation.
- Maintain petty cash lists and organize all receipts and invoices.
- Make lists ready for General Manager approval
- Keeping company PO Box, license, and all periodical documents updated.
- Helping to handle all required documentations such as invoice or quotation.
- Organize attending lists by daily basis.
- Operating Dubai Trade Portal for PRO related activities such as working visa application.
- Arrange meeting for all staffs.
- Greeting guests visiting company.
- Answering phone calling and handle requirement.
- Coordinate with shipping freight forwarder for all logistical processing.
- Helping drafting PR, SOP for required activities.
- Reviewing all supplier payment request, check, and prepare for approval of management.
- Organizing all documents such as invoice for annual auditing.
- Updating annual calendar.
- Keeping track on latest news from UAE authority about company.
- Booking ticket, hotel for Sales team

Requirements

- Experience: 0-3 years
- Bachelor’s degree
- Team players, Good coordinator, and positive mindset.
- Quick adaptor / learners / Strong Responsibility Sense.
- ERP related experience is a plus.
- Jafza Freezone PRO experience is a plus.
- English is fluent. Arabic is a plus
- Willing to work in JAFZA area.
- Willing to be on-board anytime.
