Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

WAHO has a vacancy for a full-time office assistant to support our landscape architectural practice based in Dubai.

• The role is varied and supports the Managing Director and Office Manager encompassing HR, operational, bookkeeping, reception as well as some business development responsibilities.
• We are looking for personable, efficient, self-starter with a strong command of English.

Requirements

• Strong MS Office skills in particular excel, word and outlook
• Indesign skills are highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent phone manner
• Motivated
• Team player

Please note you will have a short exercise to do to show us your excel strengths, so apply if you do have excel experience.
