Job description / Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Office Boy to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and assisting with daily tasks that promote a productive working environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage office supplies inventory including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, filing, and mailing documents.
- Support administrative staff with various office tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and common areas.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with service providers as needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Prepare and serve beverages for guests and staff during meetings or events.
Requirements:
- Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hospitality industry environment is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office Suite) is an advantage.
- He should possess the ability to prepare a wide range of beverages with expertise, including cappuccino, macchiato, Arabic coffee, Turkish coffee, and various other specialty drinks.
