Job description / Role
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
• Assist with filing, photocopying, and printing documents.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee for managers and visitors.
• Provide general assistance to office staff and help with administrative tasks as required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Familiarity with basic computer operations, good verbal and written communication skills
• And additional certifications or vocational training in office administration can be a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in office settings (1-2 years preferred).
Salary:
AED
1,700 to 2,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
