Employment: Full Time

Goal of this Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our workplace. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable for employees and visitors.

Major Responsibilities

• General Cleaning Duties
• Waste Management and Hygiene Maintenance
• Kitchen and Pantry Maintenance
• Health and safety Compliance
• Special Cleaning Task (As needed)

Tasks

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in all office areas, including meeting rooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Dust and wipe down office furniture, desks, shelves, and electronic equipment (monitors, keyboards, phones).
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and communal equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area to ensure a professional first impression.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure waste is properly disposed of following company guidelines.
• Separate recyclables and general waste in accordance with environmental policies.
• Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens.
• Monitor and report maintenance or hygiene-related issues to the appropriate department.
• Keep the office kitchen/pantry clean, including wiping down countertops, tables, and appliances.
• Wash dishes and utensils or load and unload dishwashers if applicable.
• Ensure the refrigerator and microwave are regularly cleaned and organized.
• Follow company cleaning protocols, including the use of appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent workplace hazards.
• Report any cleaning supply shortages, damages, or required repairs to the management.
• Assist with cleaning after office events, meetings, or celebrations.
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks periodically, such as carpet shampooing, window cleaning, or furniture polishing.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the Facilities or Office Management team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Basic communication skills to interact with employees and report issues when necessary.

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM Saturday 10:00AM - 2:00PM
