Job description / Role
We are seeking organized and proactive Office Coordinators to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient communication between our office and our staff on the field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, handling emails and phones
- Coordinate meetings and appointments with staff
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist in maintaining office records, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Facilitate a positive and collaborative office environment.
Requirements:
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and familiarity with Excel.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
