Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational business based in Dubai who due to growth, is looking to hire their next Office Manager. Our client is an established business in its field and is a growing and ambitious company that would suit candidates who enjoy a challenge.

As the Office Manager, you will manage a growing team of administration professionals and be responsible for the recruiting and training of staff, attending and contributing to quarterly management meetings, preparing reports for senior managers and carrying out other various duties as required.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have previous experience managing a team of at least 10, ideally within an administration function and preferably have current UAE experience. You should also have the motivation, drive and enthusiasm to drive a successful and efficient team. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate who has the right attitude and is also looking for a new challenge.
