Job description / Role
My client is wishing to recruit an experienced Office Manager from a professional services background. They want accountancy, finance, investment banking or venture capital and private equity. This person must be polished and have a degree, fantastic people skills combining a warmth and high level of professionalism.
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. They will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. The Office Manager should be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: discretionary bonus; annual salary review.
Requirements
Degree holder. Experienced Office Manager. High level of proficiency in IT systems (portals, intranets, database). Experience of managing a team. Experience of operating at a senior leadership level. Senior leadership of significant change programme. Track record of creating success through working in collaborative partnerships. Experience of dealing with a range of complex issues within a demanding internal / external stakeholder environment. Demonstrable achievement in organisational development. Excellent communication skills.
