Job description / Role
• Overseeing general office operation
• Coordinating appointments, meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity
• Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts
Requirements
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years old below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role preferable from a building or contracting company
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills
• Proficiency in handling CRM tools & MS Office
• Flexible to work on shift
