Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international property development firm who are looking to hire an Office Manager, to join their team in Dubai.

Your duties will include but not limited to; answering all incoming telephone enquiries, along with managing paperwork and documentation on behalf of the office. In addition you will ensure all visiting clients are welcomed to the business in a professional and personable manner. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office which may also include negotiating with suppliers, trade licenses and other ad hoc duties. There will also be some HR work involved with this role comprising of visa processing, monitoring sick / holiday leave and assisting with recruitment.

You shall be expected to provide a professional, courteous and personable attitude to your work at all times. A proven administrator; you will be able to manage tight deadlines and represent the business in the best light at all times.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Western educated and have at least 3 years of administrative experience and you will have gained this experience within a Real Estate, Professional Services, Financial Services or Banking environment. The successful candidate will already be living in Dubai and will ideally possess UAE working experience.

You should enjoy working autonomously and be confident with implementing processes and procedures. In character, you will be confident and motivated. You will be able to instill professionalism in your colleagues and will naturally put all clients and visitors at ease.
