Job description / Role
A family-owned SME trading company, based within the DMCC Freezone is now ready to take on an experienced Office Manager to assist with all business continuity functions and take control of the daily workflow. You will work closely with the senior team of 3 including the CEO/ Owner, to enhance all administration, company compliance, finance, client customer service and overall professional outlook of the organisation.
This role requires a self-motivated individual, with a confident attitude to advise the senior team on areas of improvement and work efficiently to implement strong processes and procedures. You will support the seniors with diary management and meeting preparation, note taking in client meetings and associated follow up. Expenses, invoice, payment and overall finance management will also be part of this role and therefore those with basic book keeping skills are required. Additional tasks will also include ad hoc personal assistance with social event bookings and personal appointments. Essentially, we are seeking a strong all-rounder who is able to provide professional assistance to help the business grow and the office to function in a highly capable manner on a daily basis.
It is therefore expected that the selected individual will be highly presentable and a clear communicator, as you will also oversee the longstanding Receptionist who performs basic gate keeping and admin duties and manage the company Driver. Experience from within a DMCC Freezone organisation is preferred alongside strong financial acumen and a solutions driven approach.
