Job description / Role
• An Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office. This position encompasses a variety of administrative, managerial, and financial responsibilities that support the organization's daily activities. Key duties typically include:
• Administrative Oversight: Managing daily office operations, including coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing communication channels.
• Staff Supervision: Overseeing office staff, such as administrative assistants and real estate agents, including tasks like recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and, when necessary, terminations.
• Financial Management: Handling budgeting, expense tracking, payroll management, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the office adheres to all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
• Client Relations: Acting as a liaison between agents, clients, and management to facilitate effective communication and address any issues that arise.
• Office Maintenance: Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring the workspace is safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing office procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Marketing Support: Assisting in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company's visibility and attract clients.
Requirements:
• Candidate should possess strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of real estate operations.
• Proficiency in office management software and systems is also essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, along with experience in real estate or property management.
• Office Manager ensures that all aspects of the office function efficiently, supporting agents and staff in delivering high-quality service to clients.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 7,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
