Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Umm Al Quwain office. This pivotal role demands a leader who can seamlessly manage administrative excellence, foster a productive work environment and drive office efficiency. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at multitasking and leading support staff to achieve peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Office Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day administrative functions and uphold a professional, efficient workplace.
- Lead & Develop Staff: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the administrative team to optimize productivity and collaboration.
- Manage Resources & Vendors: Procure and maintain office supplies and equipment while cultivating strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate Executive Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and complex travel itineraries.
- Support HR Functions: Facilitate employee onboarding, maintain attendance records, and assist with staff coordination.
- Handle Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and manage business reports, correspondence, and official documents.
- Ensure Governance: Uphold strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Strategic Support: Assist management with planning, project coordination, and organizational initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven track record of 3–5 years in office management or a senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain or nearby Ajman.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
-Holding a valid UAE driver’s license
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
