Job description / Role
Our Client, a professional services industry is seeking to hire an Office Manager for a 6 month contract commencing in January 2019.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
• Office set-up & ordering supplies
• Meeting and greeting visitors and answering calls
• Resolution of IT issues
• PA duties for the MD - coordination of meetings and travel
Operations:
• Office set up, make sure it is clean and tidy and no issues – Daily
• Check office supplies - Pantry, Printers, Stationary – Daily
• Meet & Greet all visitors – As and when
• Answering and directing office calls coming into the office – As and when
• Communication with cleaners for cleaning office – As and when
• Ongoing IT related issues, coordination with local IT services company – As and when
Finance:
• Supplier payments
• Petty Cash and Expenses
Requirements
• Candidate should have prior Office Management experience for a minimum of 2 years ideally in a professional services, investment firm or financial institution.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Candidate should be available for a contract position January - June and ideally be sponsored by spouse currently.
