The Company

Our client, a global FMCG business is looking for an experienced and well-rounded PA and Office Manager to join their growing team. You must have experience in supporting an entire office and managing a complex and heavy workload.

The Role

* Managing diaries and arranging meetings
* Full inbox management, ensuring clients have a point of contact
* Onboarding and offboarding employees
* Recruitment for the office
* Day to day HR support
* Act on behalf of the CEO when dealing suppliers, clients and internal management
* Carry out research and produce detailed reports ready for presentation to the CEO and senior management team

Requirements

The Candidate

* Ability to work in a fast paced, professional environment
* Experience of global businesses, preferably those based out of the UK
* Must be able to take a significant amount of pressure off the CEO
* Positive attitude, able to deal with changing and challenging workloads
* Entrepreneurial attitude and strong business acumen
