Job description / Role
NOTE: This role is from Monday to Friday (European work week).
On behalf of a Financial Firm, Swisslinx is seeking an Office Manager for our client’s existing office in the DIFC.
For this role, we are looking for someone switched on and professional, able to handle all of the administrative duties in the office.
You will also be assisting the management team with schedule management, as well as the day-to-day operations of the office: managing reception, handling all incoming calls, daily maintenance of agendas and calendars, and general office administration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role (receptionist, office manager, etc)
- Excellent communication skills in English AND Arabic
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Impeccable organization skills and ability to maintain records
- Based in UAE
NOTE: Please note that the salary range for this role is up to 10,000 AED, based on experience.
