Job description / Role
On behalf of a financial advisory company based in the DIFC, Swisslinx Executive Search is looking for a dynamic and driven Office Manager and Assistant to the Managing Director.
Based in the DIFC, you will work in a small office of 4 people. Aside from providing administrative support to the Managing Director, you will take on a range of broader office management roles.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
• Full administrative support to the Managing Director: schedule management, arranging travel, running errands, etc.
• Office administration: expense reports, managing petty cash, ordering stationary, all filing
• Receiving all calls and welcoming visitors
• Liaising with company offices worldwide
Requirements
• Strong experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Well-organized
The right candidate will be presentable, well-spoken and comfortable dealing with senior management.
Please note that the remuneration for this role will fall between 12k to 15k, depending on experience.
