Job description / Role
On behalf of our client who is in the professional services industry, we are seeking an experienced EA who can manage the Dubai office and also assist with HR related matters. In addition, this role will also provide EA support to the Managing Director and Company Directors both locally and internationally.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Managing correspondence and contacts
- Various HR related tasks including visa applications, staff contracts, payroll
- Day to day office administration and managing a small team of staff
There will also be some personal assistant tasks for the Managing Director, supervising the household and his personal assets.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be confident and experienced, with a minimum of 3 years within the Middle East region. Willing to go above and beyond to accomplish tasks and the ability to multi-task and prioritise will be key. A friendly, confident, mature attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
