This is a superb organisation who operate in the Financial Services space and have a dynamic yet warm, friendly and extremely professional culture. They are now seeking a very 'hands-on' Office Manager/Executive Assistant who can really turn their hand to any job required with a smile and a can-do attitude. This is a fast moving organisation who are growing rapidly and you will be the linchpin of the office.
The ideal candidate for this role is personable, warm, honest and hardworking. Culture fit is vital as is the ability to work well with a small team whilst maintaining that all important sense of humour! You must be extremely organised and able to manage anything from Office Lease/Policies & Procedures through to leaking taps and grocery orders! This is a role for someone who is very flexible and in their element performing a varied role within a fast paced environment. Ideally from a fintech and/or Financial Services space although experience from alternative industries will be considered for the right approach and experience.
