Job description / Role
This opportunity is for a Large Holding company in the UAE.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible in managing the incoming and outgoing communication, internal and external meetings, events planning, and travel preparations of the President's office.
You have to support the President 24/7.
Requirements
To be successful, you must be an Arabic native speaker with at least 3 years in similar position, supporting C level management, corporate background and 6 - 10 years of over all experience. Must have the excellent oral and written English communication skills, Secretarial, Admin, Office Management skills and highly organized. A Degree in Business related is a must.
