Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are a Sports & Entertainment agency with offices in London – UK, Johannesburg – RSA, Dubai – UAE & Singapore.

Keen to bring on board a office manager cum personal assistant in our regional office here in Dubai

Some of the responsibilities will include:
• Manage the Dubai office administrative functions
• Organize and minute office meetings
• Insurances and registration – Office and Car
• Office Licensing
• Lease contracts
• Relationship Management
• Filing and management of corporate contracts
• Petty cash reporting and requesting of cash etc from Head office ( London)
• Health and safety, including first aid box and emergency evacuation procedures and annual risk assessment
• Attendance including holiday planner/update records, absence and sickness reporting to the UK
• The provision of a PA service to the Group President , including diary management and appointments, and travel arrangements when required
• Events support when required

Requirements

Knowledge / experience skills:
• Previous experience in office management environment
• Previous experience of managing financials including budgets, invoicing, banking etc
• Excellent customer service/stakeholder relationship skills
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good decision making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines.
