Office Manager to CEO's Office - UAE National
We are currently working on an extremely exciting role with a company based in Dubai. This unique entity adds remarkable value to the UAE's financial sector.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Senior Executive Assistant to CEO's office. This role is to provide high level support to the CEO and Board of Directors. We need someone who can build strong working relationships with key members internally and externally, anticipate the CEO's needs and requirements, handle all confidential information with complete discretion. As well as this you will proactive manage; his calendar, travel arrangements, correspondence, drafting of documentation and being a key point of contact for external parties. The CEO's office needs to run smoothly and effectively at all times.
The successful candidate will have a strong personality, have proven leadership skills, have excellent communication skills, have motivation and drive, be able to use their own initiative and multi-task.
