Job description / Role
Pre-sales
• Prepare cad drawing to be coordinated with either Office Manager & Project Manager.
• Provide quotations for dealers based on tenders or layouts made by the Food Service consultant community operating in Middle East & Africa region
• Provide budget quotation to Consultant
• Liaise with Export Office department in Germany and China
After-sales
• Check orders of machines with Project Manager against the CAD layout drawing, tender etc to make sure machines ordered fit correct if necessary in conjunction with Meiko partner and liaise with Export Department in Germany & China.
• Clarify the order.
General
• Position is office based / may require travel for training in headoffice.
• May require extreme time flexibility i.e. weekend or late night work: get the job done.
Requirements
• Experience of administration and order processing.
• Excellent computer skills such as excel, word and cad drawing
• Experience in Food Service Equipment market with manufacturer, dealer or consultancy and preferably within Export/Overseas markets.
• Spoken and written English must be very good and very clear (easy to understand).
• 20 to 35 years old
• College / University educated
• Must be normal family situation.
• Asian nationality (Filipino, Sri Lankan, Malaysian)
• Personable approach to establish tight relationships with the customer
• Show initiative and pro-active approach.
• “Do-what-it-takes” attitude to get the job done. Stamina / energetic.
• Flexibility to offer idea’s to develop the business.
• Team player and good communicator.
• Well organized.
• Very good time-keeper able to establish priorities and hit deadlines
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Presentable appearance
