Job description / Role
Job The Office Helper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the office, serving food, maintaining pantries, and running errands. This role supports the office's overall efficiency by performing various tasks related to facility upkeep, hospitality, and administrative support. A pleasant personality and a sharp appearance are essential for this role to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Service:
- Serve food and beverages during meetings and events.
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of refreshments and snacks.
Pantry Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pantry areas.
- Restock pantry supplies, including beverages, snacks, and kitchen essentials.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Facility Upkeep:
- Ensure common areas, such as conference rooms and break rooms, are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with setting up and tearing down meeting rooms as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Errands and Supplies:
- Run errands such as buying groceries, office supplies, and other necessary items.
- Manage inventory of office and pantry supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
General Office Support:
- Support the office team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
Salary:
AED
4000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
