Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading bank in Abu Dhabi is actively searching for Officer Employees’ Services to partner with the business.

• Assist in HR Operations and Payroll from both administrative and technical point of view.
• Assists for Bank’s payroll policy development and set-up.
• Responsible for maintenance of Employee Leave record.
• Provides input from a technical point of view on selection of payroll software.
• Communicate with employees with regards to individual salary and deduction consideration upon query.

Requirements

• Accurate and timely preparation of various statements/statistics as per management requirements and submitting analytical inputs/interpretation as a guide to facilitate decision making.
• Smooth operation of Group Medical Insurance policy benefits.
• Responsible for End of Service Benefits and completion of Final Settlement process
• Review of Daily Reports generated by HRMS & Core Banking System
• Assists in bench-marking and periodic reviews of various HR policies (pertaining to compensation & terms of service)
